IN THE OUTLETS

  • We don’t usually take reservations. But table turnovers are pretty quick so you don’t have to worry about getting tables. Do visit us during off-peak hours to avoid waiting time or disappointments!

  • We value all feedback about our service and your in-store experience – whether you found it friendly and helpful, or if it fell short of your expectations. Please contact us with your comments and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

  • We’re available on GrabFood and FoodPanda at all outlets.

    For bulk orders (MOQ applies), we provide catering services which include delivery. For more details, please contact us at hello@project-acai.com or submit an events enquiry form via Events.

  • Yes, you may BYO cup or bowl and we’ll serve your Açaí bowls or smoothies in them!

  • Pets are allowed only at the following outlets:
    - East (Katong): Only in the pet-friendly area.
    - Holland Village: Only the outdoor area.

    Please clean up after your pets.

While Project Acai takes every precaution to provide accurate information on the ingredients we use and minimise the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with specific allergies. If you have any allergy concerns, please contact us at hello@project-acai.com.

  • Except for our Pistachio Butter which contains some dairy, all our menu items and retail products are 100% dairy-free.

  • All our products are gluten-free except for our granola, cookie butter, oat milk (certain smoothies), and toasts.

    Our Cinnamon Cashew Granola is available as a gluten-free alternative.

  • These toppings found on our menu and in our products contain nuts:

    • Cacao Crunch Granola

    • Cinnamon Cashew Granola

    • All nut butters (except Cookie Butter)

    These menu-items are not nut-free:

    • All açaí bowls with granola

    • Smoothies: Where My Chocolate Abs? / Professor Green / Coffee American-o

    Please note that there may be cross contamination as our kitchens are not nut-free.

  • We do not add any refined sugars in our products, however the Sambazon Original Superfruit packs we use in our blend does contain some cane sugar.

  • Yes! Our menu items do not contain any animal products except for the following -

    Vanilla Granola
    Contains honey

    Pistachio Butter
    Contains dairy

    Avocado Toast
    Furikake (fish). Request for Chilli flakes instead.

  • We are not a Halal-certified cafe, but the acai that we use in our blend (Sambazon Acai) is Halal-certified. At Project Acai, we do not prepare or utilise any animal or alcohol products, unless otherwise stated.

  • All acai bowls and smoothies are best consumed fresh, immediately after purchase. However, If you are unable to consume your bowl immediately you may store it in the freezer compartment of your fridge. It should be safe for consumption if stored correctly, but please consume as soon as possible and at your own risk.

  • Our açaí contains a small amount of Guarana extract, which contains very low amounts of caffeine. While it is generally considered safe for children and pregnant women to consume, please follow the advice of your doctor and/or personal choice.

    Our Acai Sorbet Pints and Unsweetened Superfruits Packs do not have any Guarana extract, and hence do not contain caffeine.

  • At the moment, we do not have a precise nutritional content for our menu items. However, all our products are mostly dairy-free and vegan-friendly with no artificial flavourings or added refined sugars.

PROJECT ACAI LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP

  • The Project Açaí App is a mobile application for our loyalty program, curated content and all things related to Project Açaí.

    With an improved selection of rewards, revamped gold membership program, brand collaborations, exclusive content and recipes, it is now easy to enjoy everything Project Açaí has to offer within a single app.

  • Simply download the Project Açaí app (Android & iOS compatible) and sign up for an account with us.

    Every new sign up will start off as a Purple member - start collecting points and earning rewards from your purchases at Project Açaí!

  • To become a Project Acai Gold Member, simply spend $350 within 8 months and convert from Purple to Gold membership with 350 points.

    Gold points are valid for 8 months from the date of issue.

    Gold Membership is valid for one year.

  • Please refer to our Rewards page for more details.

  • Loyalty points and reward redemption is available at all Project Acai outlets in Singapore.

  • Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members or friends.

  • First Year of Gold Membership: Valid for 1 Year

    Subsequently: Maintain at least 250 points on the last day of your membership, at the point of renewal. No deduction of points will be made.

    Accounts with less than 250 points at the time of renewal, will be transferred to the Purple tier once your Gold membership has expired. Do note that Gold points earned will be valid for 8 months.

  • If you have inadvertently forgotten to maintain 250 points in your account at the time of renewal, please write to us at hello@project-acai.com with your name, mobile number and email address so that we may assist you.

    We regret that we will be unable to reinstate Gold membership status for accounts that have expired for more than a period of 60 days.

    Reinstatement of Gold Membership will be reviewed strictly on a case by case basis. Project Acai reserves the right of final decision.

  • Not to worry, provide our team member with your email address and mobile number or write to us at hello@project-acai.com. We will credit your points for you within 2 to 3 working days.

    You may also wish to try and reset your password, or uninstall the Project Acai mobile app and reinstall it again. If you continue to experience technical difficulties, kindly write to us at hello@project-acai.com with the necessary details so that we may assist you.

 
 

LOYALTY POINTS & REWARDS

  • After logging into your account, simply scan the QR code generated by our team via our store mobile phone after placing your order to start collecting points and earning rewards!

    There are two membership tiers in this program - Purple (basic) and Gold (VIP). Check out Rewards for details of what rewards you are eligible for!

  • You can earn points and redeem rewards via the Project Acai mobile app at the point of purchase. Our team will generate a QR code based on the applicable purchase value* for you to scan and accumulate points.

    Purple Member: $1 = 1 point earned

    Gold Member: $1 = 1.10 points earned

  • Yes, both Purple and Gold Member points expire after 8 months from the date of issue. We will send you a reminder once, 7 days before the expiry of your points.

  • No, purchases made on GrabFood, Deliveroo or Food Panda are not applicable for any loyalty points.

  • All Project Acai rewards are non-transferable and should only be redeemed by the account holder.

  • Once you have made your selection from the Project Acai list of rewards and have the requisite number of points, simply inform our team member at the point of ordering that you would like to make a redemption. Click on ‘Redeem Reward’ and confirm that you would like to make your redemption then and there.

    Do not select “Redeem Reward” if you are not ready to make a redemption and/or are not physically present at our store. Once points have been deducted for a redemption, no reversal or change of mind can be made.

  • If you do not have the sufficient amount of points to redeem the reward of your choice, redemption can only be done on your next transaction once you have the number of points needed.

    Otherwise, you may accumulate points and redeem a reward within the same transaction. Do remember to let our team member know before placing your order that you would like to make a reward redemption.

  • Yes, you are in control of when to use your points. Simply tell our team members when placing your order that you would like to redeem a reward. Be sure to use your points before they expire!

    Do note that redemptions must be completed on the spot once you have made your selection. Please do not confirm your redemption unless you are at our stores making a purchase.

  • You will receive your birthday reward in your account under the “Special Rewards” category on the first day of your birthday month. Each birthday reward is valid for a one-time use within your birthday month.

    *Please note that you will only be eligible to receive the birthday reward in the following year if your gold membership is activated during your Birthday month.

  • Once points have been deducted, all Project Acai rewards must be redeemed on the spot. Third-Party rewards offered by partner brands must be redeemed by the stated expiry date.

    At the moment, rewards cannot be redeemed and stored or saved for future use.

  • Loyalty points are not applicable for the purchase of retail items, purchase & reloading of Gift Cards, transactions made on food delivery platforms, items partially purchased with or fully redeemed using loyalty points or vouchers, and any promotional or discounted items.

    Project Acai may from time to time designate certain products or items to be ineligible for loyalty points.

  • You will only be eligible to receive the birthday reward in the following year if your gold membership is activated during your Birthday month.

    For example, if February is your birthday month and you activated your gold membership on February 10, 2022, you won't get your birthday reward until February 1, 2023.

GIFT CARDS

This section refers to our Gift Cards (credit card sized) only.

  • Project Acai Gift Cards can be used at the following stores:

    • Holland Village

    • Takashimaya S.C.

    • East, Katong

    • VivoCity

  • You will not be able to earn loyalty points when purchasing or loading value into a gift card.

    Purchases made using the Project Acai Gift card will be eligible to earn loyalty points. Terms & conditions apply.

  • You can check the balance of your Gift Card at all Project Acai stores.

  • Your Project Acai Gift Card will expire three years from the date of the last transaction. Any remaining balance in the expired Project Acai Gift Card will be voided without notice.
