LOYALTY AND REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Loyalty Program on the Project Acai App. As the App is being phased out, please note that a fresh set of terms and conditions will apply to our Integrated Loyalty System and will be shared in due time.
Points are earned on in-store purchases of menu items only.
Not applicable for retail items, Gift Card redemptions and orders via food delivery platforms.
Points will not be awarded for items on promotion, discounted items, items redeemed with loyalty points, or redeemed with vouchers.
Taxes, tips and donations may also be excluded.
Extension of points validity will not be accepted.
Rewards may be redeemed at participating stores only.
Project Acai and its companies reserve final say on disputes.
FOR PURPLE MEMBERS:
Points expire 8 months from date earned.
To become a Gold member, customers must use 350 points to redeem membership.
FOR GOLD MEMBERS:
Points expire 8 months from date earned.
Gold membership is valid for one year and is renewable by maintaining 250 points at time of renewal.
Birthday rewards are valid for one-time use only during the entire month of your birthday. No extensions or top up of the reward are allowed.
*Note: You will only be eligible to receive the birthday reward in the following year if your gold membership is activated during your Birthday month.
