Points Expiry

Your points are valid for 4 months. As long as you make a purchase within that period, your points will automatically renew for another 4 months from your last visit — so staying active keeps your points alive.

For example: If your points will expire on 1 June but you make a purchase on 31 May, this visit will extend the expiry by another 4 months, to 30 September.

In the Outlets

  • We're available on GrabFood and FoodPanda at all outlets. For bulk orders (MOQ applies), we also offer catering with delivery. Email us at hello@project-acai.com or submit an enquiry via our Events page for more details.

  • Yes, feel free to bring your own cup or bowl. We'll happily serve your açaí bowl or smoothie in it.

  • Pets are allowed only at the following outlets:

    • East (Katong): pet-friendly area only.

    • Holland Village: outdoor area only.

    Please clean up after your pets.

  • We value all feedback about our service and your in-store experience, whether it was great or fell short of what you expected. Please contact us with your comments and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Food Allergies & Dietary Information

  • While we take every precaution to keep our ingredient and allergen information accurate and to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any of our products are safe for people with specific allergies. Ingredients and recipes may change without notice. If you have any allergy or dietary concerns, please inform our staff before ordering, or contact us at hello@project-acai.com. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or health issues arising from consuming our products, and if your allergy is severe or life-threatening, please refrain from consuming them.

    Dairy
    Most of our menu and retail products are dairy-free. Our Pistachio Butter contains dairy. Some seasonal or limited-time items may also contain dairy.

    Gluten
    Most of our products are gluten-free. Gluten is found in:

    Wheat-based items

    • Cookie butter

    • Cookie crumble

    • Oreo crumble

    • Toasts

    Oat-based items

    • Cacao Crunch Granola

    • Vanilla Granola

    • Chia pudding

    • Oat milk (used in certain smoothies and drinks)

    Our Toasted Coconut Cashew Granola is available as a gluten-free alternative.

    Nuts
    Our kitchens are not nut-free, so cross-contamination is possible across all items. Menu items most likely to contain nuts include:

    • All açaí bowls with granola

    • All nut butters except Cookie Butter

    • Smoothies: Where My Chocolate Abs?, Professor Green, Coffee America-no

    As our menu includes seasonal and limited-time items, this list covers our standing menu and may not capture every current offering. For the most accurate allergen information, including on seasonal specials, please ask our staff before ordering.

  • We blend our açaí fresh daily in store, using real fruit and Sambazon Original Açaí packs. No soft-serve machines, no pre-mixed bases.

    We don't add refined sugar or artificial sweeteners to our blend. The Sambazon Original Açaí packs we use do contain a small amount of cane sugar as part of their own ingredients, but this isn't something we add ourselves.

  • Vegans and Vegetarians
    Our menu is free of animal products, with a few exceptions:

    • Vanilla Granola contains honey

    • Pistachio Butter contains dairy

    • Avocado Toast is topped with furikake (contains fish); ask for chilli flakes instead

    Halal
    We are not a Halal-certified cafe, but the açaí we use in our blend (Sambazon Açaí) is Halal-certified. We do not prepare or use any animal or alcohol products on our menu, unless otherwise stated.

    Pregnant women
    Our açaí contains a small amount of guarana extract, which has very low levels of caffeine. This is generally considered safe for pregnant women, but please follow your doctor's advice or personal preference. Our Açaí Sorbet Pints and Unsweetened Superfruit Packs contain no guarana and are caffeine-free.

    As our menu includes seasonal and limited-time items, the exceptions above reflect our standing menu and may not capture every current offering. Please check with our staff before ordering if you have a dietary requirement.

  • Our açaí bowls and smoothies are best enjoyed fresh, right after purchase. If you can't finish it immediately, you may store it in the freezer. It should remain safe to consume if stored properly, but we recommend eating it as soon as possible. Any storage after purchase is at your own risk.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Project Acai Gift Vouchers are available in $10 denominations and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Vouchers can be redeemed in-store only and are not valid for use on delivery platforms.

  • Project Acai Gift Cards are no longer available for purchase or top-up, but any existing balance remains valid for redemption at all outlets. You can check your balance in-store. Your card will expire three years from the date of your last transaction, after which any remaining balance will be voided without notice. Full Terms & Conditions are available here.

  • You won't earn loyalty points when loading value onto a Gift Card, but purchases made using your Gift Card balance are eligible to earn loyalty points. Terms & conditions apply.
