For detailed information on allergens contained in our food products, please refer to the tables provided on this page. The following tables contain allergen information for all of our food products. Identified allergens are based on Singapore Food Agency's list of 8 categories of foods and ingredients known to cause hypersensitivity - Cereals containing gluten, Crustacean and crustacean products, Eggs and egg products, Fish and fish products, Peanuts, soybeans and their products, Milk and milk products (including lactose), Tree nuts and nut products, Sulphites in concentrates of 10mg/kg or more. Where relevant, we have provided additional information regarding allergen information that we feel may be useful to our customers. If you have any form of food allergies or restrictions that are not listed, please write in to us at hello@project-acai.com for more information and refrain from consuming our products.

While we make every effort to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee its completeness. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions and review the allergen information before making your food choices. There is always a risk of contamination and a possibility that manufacturers of the foods change their formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk.  This allergen information is provided for your convenience only, and our establishment assumes no liability for any adverse reactions or health issues that may result from consuming our food products.

If you have known food allergies and choose to order and consume our products after being aware of the food allergens and potential risk of food allergens in our products, please take a Food Allergy Card available in-store at all our locations, and hand it to one of our team members so that extra attention may be given to your order. Every effort is made to instruct our staff on the severity of food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination or mistakes in the preparation of your order. You may proceed and consume our products at your own risk, and refrain from consuming our products if your allergies are severe or life threatening.
